Introduction

Ben Shepard is the Essex born television presenter who has been gracing our screens for nearly ten years. He began on MTV before moving to Channel 4 in 1998 and finally finding his home on ITV six years later. His credits include The Xtra Factor, Soapstar Superstar and of course GMTV.
